Our Exclusive Listing Package includes: - Interior & Exterior HDR Photos with Professional Editing: The photos undergo basic professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement, crystal clear window views, TV black-out, fireplace inserts and grass repair if needed. - 3D Virtual Tour with Measured Floorplans: Using Matterport or iGuide, a 3D virtual tour is created allowing viewers to navigate through the property virtually. Measured floorplans provide accurate measurements of each room. - Agent Marketing Toolkit: The toolkit includes resources such as a property website to showcase the listing, slideshows, feature sheet designer for creating professional-looking marketing materials, lead generation, social media graphics for promoting the property on multiple platforms and agent analytics to track the effectiveness of the campaign. Media Delivery Times: Photos are delivered the next morning after the shoot (excluding weekends and holidays). All other media will be delivered within 2 business days. Rates/Pricing Disclaimer: All published pricing is subject to change without further notice due to fuel prices, exchange rates, and vendor costs. Projects beyond a 50 km radius of Grimsby, Ontario, are billed at $0.65/km. 3D Virtual Tours & Floorplans over 2500sf are billed at + $0.07/sf (including the basement if scanned). For projects requiring a separate 3D virtual tour and/or floorplan (exterior buildings and/or multi-family properties with exterior access only), a fee of $100/unit will be applied to cover additional tour hosting and floorplans. All additional fees, add-ons, and costs associated/incurred to complete the project will be invoiced at project completion. All rates and fees are subject to applicable taxes.
